About the role
With employees gaining unfair dismissal rights after just 6 months’ service, this will effectively impact new hires from July 2026 onwards. We covered this recently at our Employer Survival Guide seminar, and  many SMEs still aren’t prepared for how much this could change recruitment and onboarding.
